Independent Options Community Support

A community based service supporting children and young people with additional needs to participate in mainstream activities with their peers.

Support is provided after school, at a weekend and in school holidays.

The team offers one to one support, small group support and weekends away.

Description

Young people who have a learning disability or are on the Autistic Spectrum. Up to the age of 25.

Young people are supported to develop their skills including budgeting, life skills and social skills. 

Support includes one to one support, small groups on a Saturday and weekends away.

The support is individually tailored to meet the needs of the young person, support is offered in an evening, at weekend and in school holidays.
